What We Believe

We believe there is one God who exists eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God—His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His victorious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father.

We believe He is actively interceding for us and will return again in power and glory.

We believe that Jesus Christ has defeated every power of darkness and has fully triumphed over the enemy, the devil, bringing victory and freedom to all who believe.

We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit, who empowers believers with His gifts and produces His fruit in the life of the Church.

We believe the Bible is the living Word of God—fully infallible, authoritative, and everlasting—serving as the foundation of all Christian doctrine and life.

We believe all people are spiritually lost and in need of salvation, and that new birth comes only through faith in Jesus Christ (John 1:12).

We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift available to believers after salvation, empowering them for life and ministry, with evidence including spiritual gifts such as speaking in tongues.

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, and every believer is called to be an active part of a local church, fulfilling the Great Commission.

We believe Jesus Christ is the ultimate atonement for sin, fully reconciling humanity to God. We believe that no one comes to the Father except through Him, and that salvation is found in Christ alone.

We believe in water baptism by full immersion and the celebration of the Lord’s Supper as ongoing practices for believers.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—those in Christ to everlasting life, and those apart from Him to eternal separation from God. We believe Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior is coming soon.
